Selena had two does and a buck this afternoon. I swear she was waiting for A. to get home from school before she would push those kids out. I spent the whole day sitting with her and puttering and waiting. She had the buck just before A. came in from school and the first doe, a big girl as soon as A. came in the barn. The lttle third doe was a bit later when both A and I were wondering how on earth Selena could only have twins considering the size of her belly.
Kidding season is offically over for Acorn Hollow goats. We have fourteen kids with eight does and six bucks. Mother nature has granted the doubling of the herd by gifting us with those eight does.
Now sleep because tomorrow morning's barn chores will be the full array.
