A FLAWED PLAN

I just had one of those days where you get up in the morning thinking you have a plan. A very good plan as a matter of fact. This day will be productive and satisfying because of the good plan you devised.
Then the day begins and you find you can't get back from the morning errands fast enough so you've lost two hours out of the planned time. Two hours that should have accomplished a bunch of important stuff. Finally getting to draining the two pots of fromage, read five gallons of cultured milk, turns out to take alot longer than scheduled in the plan. It has been seven months since making such large batches of cheese. Memory obviously flawed. Takes way to long to get the cheesed bagged to drain. Plan falling apart rapidly.
Long story short. The only things that got done were the errands, the cheese hung to drain and goat chores. I won't list the things I didn't get to because it will make me cry. I will be working like a fiend the next two days to get ready for the opening of the farmer's market.
Let's hope Selena doesn't decide to have her babies until Sunday the earliest.
