Anyone know that song? I hadn't listened to it in a very long time and it just started flowing through me.
I made a pot of lima bean soup tonight and A. LOVED it. Very comforting and seasonal. Root veggies and lima beans.
It surely is soup weather. It was -8 when I went to the barn this morning. I tell you, -8 hurts. We are looking forward to -10 with windchills somewhere in the thrid level of hell.
I WILL NOT WANT TO GET OUT OF MY WARM BED AND GO TO THE BARN TOMORROW MORNING!
I had a bit of fun today. I went with K. to a used materials warehouse. The place is chock full of really odd odds & ends that are meant to be recycled into art. It is so damned inspiring! I really didn't come home with much that I could show you but I did come away with my creative fire rekindled.
Now it is time to get into bed fully clothed and read. This will accomplish two things. First it will warm the bed up and second it will massage my imagination.
