Today was A DAY OFF
A. and I went yard saling. We didn't have alot to luck but we got some exercise. The town down the road had a town wide yard sale day. Park the car and hoof it from sale to sale. We then went to lunc at our favorite restauraunt. Then a trip to the nursery to get fountain grass and some salvia for the corner planters. I added scarlet red morning glory seeds so the vines can cover the lattice on the deck rail. By then it was time for a good sit on the deck. Got vegetarian sandwiches for dinner and out to milk. Here I sit at the end of a day that did not include any of the usual "gotta do" stuff. I am truely relaxed and tired right now.
Tomorrow the veggies go in first thing. We had hard rain yesterday and this morning was blanketed in fog so no planting got done.
Three doe kids went to their new home this morning. I hope they are comfortable tonight. They went to a family of one of A's classmates. They should do fine there but I always worry a bit.
Would someone please gag the frogs. They kept their trilling up all night last night and they are making a huge noise right now. Funny thing is the frogs are actually small.
