Today ended up being a dittle day. I dittled with this and I dittled with that and at the end of the day the new barstool for the cheeseroom got put together, the shelves for my room are up, and the little hang stuff off of it thingy from last years trip to 1kea is up. I braved the cold winds to put the kitty shelf up in the barn. I finally brought in the hammock, Pace flag, and the windchimes from out by the fire ring. The only place I went today was to the grocery store to get cat food and organic spinich.
A dittle day fer shure.
The cold is expected to hang around for a few days so being outside for more than a couple of minutes requires lots of clothes. Too bad since the sun has been so bright. I really want to be outside. The wind actually hurt today it was so cold so it really wasn't an outdoor day. We were going to be outside today but our plans got undone. First by the fact that the park put out the sign for ice skating but we couldn't understand why it still said "no ice skating" so we went to have a look. It turns out there is no liner and no water so no ice formed over the past several cold days. Can't ice skate on concrete. Then Magrit's son was wrestling in a tournament at a nearby high school and we thought we would get together if not to skate then to do something. Well the tournament was still going on with a ways to go at 3pm. I have no idea when they left. Who knows maybe they are still there.
Tomorrow is a 4H meeting. Let's see what happens with that.
