The stress of the past couple of weeks is caught in my bronchial tubes. I haven't felt so suffocated in a very long time.
Hormones don't help either. Seems that each month I take another giant step back to the creaking groaning torment of the onset of moontime. Comming full circle is uncomfortable and it won't be over for a long time.
Gonna see if sleep will come so I don't have to feel yucky anymore.
Hope y'all are getting more air than I am.
