The insomnia pms kicked in this morning at 3:39am. The sleep was over at that point and boy was I tired today. A real shame since it was such a beautiful day outside. Besides being tired I am a bit stiff and sore from priming the milking parlor interior yesterday. Too many trips up the ladder and too much time spent with my arm held over my head.
Bah, off to try to sleep for a few hours.
