I won't tell the herbalist what kind of brews might make her sleepier, but masturbation helps. As does doing something you have to wait up for. Drying toenail polish. Baking banana bread. When I'm having the early wakes that's what I do. Soon as the polish goes on or the timer is set I feel myself want to nod right off. Contrary bitch my bod is.
