I am so sorry for your Dad and all your stress in trying to become independent. When you're free you will find your Fred and things will be so easy you'll be amazed. And yes Point Lookout is right on 23. You would have loved this Jam. Maybe next year?

sure hope this comment goes through. Loved the previous pictures and so sorry about the latest diagnosis and strain on "your heartstrings". Hoping the inspection goes great and you can get to the business that brings you joy and income...
