Oh, sweetie. I'm so sorry. Sending all the sane energies I can muster, and some hugs for good measure!

I don't know how "sane" my energies will be but I can offer a distraction. I am writing a story based on my female ancestors...I posted some of it a couple of years ago but now I am going back to rewrite, add portions and incorporate some of the poems my grandmother wrote. I have all these thoughts buzzing through my head and I don't want to stop writing. Check it out and see if you like it....if nothing else...it will give you something else to think about. And, I would value your opinion.

Ancient ayurvedic technique to alleviate dryness/Saturnian/aches & pains and boost the spirit: Sleep with oil on yr body. Any kind you have, tho raw seseme or almond is the best. On the occasions that I have loved myself enough to do that, I have felt SO much better in the AM. Ayurvedic remedy for sleeplessness: seseme oil massaged into your feet. Oil in the hair& scalp, excellent for the brain, tho takes 2 shampoos to get out. Really good hair repair, too. I put castor oil on my gut/liver- great detox and digestion enhancement. Indians use oil on themesleves all the time. It makes a HUGE difference, seriously. Americans are grease-a-phobic but once you try it a few times you will wonder how you ever lived w/o it!!!

Would one small rabbit and two chinchillas in the same cage be friends? Or kill each other?
