What a brainfuck of a day. Too hot to handle cheese but cheese must be handled. Keep putting bowl into fridge in hopes it will cool. Too humid to allow cheese to drain. Finally pull down bags of cheese after dinner. I just finished mixing that and packaging.
Now I must rest and hydrate in anticipation of monsterours heat tomorrow.
